As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring BBB provides accurate data and excellent customer service to the public.

As a Customer Care Consultant, you’ll…





  • Answer public phone lines, providing business reviews, government agency referrals, information on events, tips, and other helpful information.





  • Respond to Live Chat requests and distribute to other teams as appropriate.







  • Respond to postal mail, email and voicemail requests.





  • Process database reports for Business Records updates.





  • Attend department meetings and participate in cross-training opportunities.





  • Provide back-up support to other segments of the team, including Data Quality and Complaint Resolutions.





  • Special projects and duties as assigned.






What we’re looking for…





  • High School Diploma or equivalent





  • Minimum 1 year in Customer Service related position







  • Positive attitude and high degree of professionalism





  • Ability to effectively communicate with a diversified population





  • Intermediate computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft 365 products
